Very happy purchase. I added a LP regulator and now I have a super reliable source of power for the fridge, TV, and some lighting during power interruptions. Not quite as silent as the enclosed Honda and Yamaha models but much quieter than the normal generators. The factory packaging was used for shipping and a little shim worked loose. Then some klutz at UPS must have dropped it so that the lower frame got bent but was easy for me to straighten it out. So, 5 stars for the generator and 3 stars for factory packaging. Advice from the experienced if you use ethanol gas, run the tank and carburetor dry before setting it up in storage or the carb will get crapped up and you may get separated water in the bottom of the fuel tank. Better than that is to use non-ethanol gas with stabilizer and you can leave the fuel in the tank - still good to run the carb dry. Best is to convert to LP for a genuine no hassle experience. LP conversion may cost 70-100 dollars and is not complicated for most handy folks.
