I have used a Worx trimmer for years until the battery died and decided to replace it. I really like the product, light weight, easy to use and all that. The reason for only two starts is that the description is deceiving. It clearly states that it comes with a 1 hour charger, which it DOES NOT come with. It comes with the regular 5 hour charger. I contacted customer support and they said my only option is to return it. I like the trimmer and blower otherwise and I don t have any of the boxes it came in so if I want to return it, I have to go out and buy packing materials. Just understand that what you are getting is not what is stated in the description.
