Customer reviewsI loved it. Powerful and it did a great job
I purchased this tool in April 2016. I loved it. Powerful and it did a great job . However, it now has quit holding a charge as of November 1. It comes with a 3 Year Limited warranty on the blower and 1 year on the battery. I called Worx and was questioned with regard to my charging practices. In the end they said the Unit should only be charged for 90 minutes at one time and anything over that was improper, thus my unit warranty was voided. The manual says that a full charge takes 90 minutes. There are NO warnings with regard to overcharging. If this is an issue, it would only cost a few cents to add a circuit to turn off the charger after a few minutes.
