The offset hitch enables this unit to operate alongside your tractor allowing you to keep your wheels on level ground. Our mower is designed perform it s best when connected to a tractor with a minimum of 30HP and a maximum of 40HP that utilizes a Category 1 or 2 3-point hitch. It is powered by a PTO shaft with a heavy-duty gear box that turns the knife shaft, cutting the mowed material down to a minimum, which allows it to decompose quickly. So far so good.Arrived in a timely fashion.I am sure it will be a fine piece of machinery,I wont know for certain ofcourse until this summer. I did buy an extended warranty with it. I have not heard a thing back yet 8wks from the warranty company.
