The SP-7610 Reciprocating Air Saw is Air Motor and Gear driven. This means more power and less vibration in comparison to piston driven tools.
The Reciprocating Air Saw boasts a 0.47 stroke.
The direct drive motor of the reciprocating air saw works hard to give you a more powerful and efficient cut.
The reduced vibration from the Air Motor and Gear driven system of the reciprocating air saw allow for a smoother, more comfortable cut.

Customer reviews
Good reciprocating saw Excellant company to deal with when failure occursWe usually cut 3 16 to 1 4 aluminum with this saw. I have had every brand of recip air saw on the market and under heavy use they all fail. This one is no different except that it takes a bit longer to fail than some that cost more money. However, I don t regret my purchase. Even though out of warranty SP Air has always made courtesy repairs at no charge, something most other companies won t do. I pay shipping to send it in. SP Air repairs it the next day and ships it back. Never down more than 3 days. Once the factory blade would not come out. A couple of times it has locked up when used continuously for a period of two or three hours. Probably my biggest gripe is the cost of blades at 8- 10 each. Overall, this recip saw is a high quality tool. SP Air confessed they had some faulty internal parts at one point but said replacements of a better grade are now being used in the repairs. Bottom line, the saw is a little better than the competition, cost is middle of the road, and the company is the most reputable I ve ever come across.
