Keep in mind, although not clearly mentioned in the description, this saw has the 20 amp twist-lock plug. I had to purchase an adapter online to be able to use a standard 15 or 20 amp plug. The saw itself is wonderful. Replaced my old worm drive, and this one is so much lighter
