Customer reviewsPoor design
I had an awesome shop vac that lasted 18 years and it finally wore out. I replaced it with this model because it seems to be the modern version of my old shop vac. I can not begin to tell you what a pain this thing is to assemble. It cheap it is all you can do not to dent or warp the stainless steel body while you screw on the handles... the lid does not fit tight and tool rack is placed right in the way of the place you are supposed to wrap the cord. I don t know who engineered this thing but I can tell you right now I am chucking it. Not returning it, not asking for my money back, just calling it a loss and moving on. I will visit a retailer on the weekend and actually see what I am buying this time. Very unhappy with what I thought was the name brand of the industry. I wouldn t buy this one if it was 20.
