Never was a fan... Changed my mindNever was a fan but I am now a convert We live on a ranch and I like everyone to have their own tool brands so there is no battery swiping. My father is Dewalt, I m Makita and I have a ranch hand I m fond of so I bought him a refurbished full set. The batter charger had an issue and I was grumbling but I called Ryobi not amazon ... To my surprise less than 5 minutes on the phone with customer service and read her the codes off tools and charger, had me run some test and sent me a new charger no fuss. No asking for other to be returned as proof. No hassling me for 9 kinds of proof of purchase.... No giving me grief for refurbished.... All the tools work well and after than experience with customer service standing behind their product I will have no hesitation to ever purchase more of their tools. Dewalt is a pain in the butt and tries to wiggle out of helping and makita I ve had a small amount of grief with. They better watch out
