Amazon Reviewer: Defective upon arrival

We quickly realized as we were putting our entertainment center together that it had not been manufactured properly. The holes where the doors connect to the walls were drilled far too high, resulting in the top sitting on it at an angle and a half inch gap between the walls and the top. We made half a dozen calls to the manufacturer and sent e-mails as well. None of their suggestions ever fixed the problem. We finally took and drill and re-did all of the holes ourselves. Still has some quirks, but we ll take it if it means we don t have to completely dismantle it and send it back. It looks beautiful now that it is put together properly, but it was an ordeal getting to that point.
