So that you know the context of this review, here s where I m coming from - - - When we moved into our new house 22 years ago, I received a Craftsman Edger, the old 3-wheel kind that they don t make anymore, as a house warming present. I abused the crap out of that machine. In addition to using it every week to edge along flower beds, sidewalks and the driveway, I used it to slice rows of sod to roll up and take out of what would become additional flower beds, and our soil is cement-like clay. It finally gave up the ghost 4 years ago, after 18 years of excellent service, I couldn t find one exactly like it so...
