Better than I expected Fairly easy to put together, great size and quality for the price. The fireplace gives off a ton of heat when the fan is switched on My only complaint is that I have had it for 6 weeks and the fan in the fireplace now makes a somewhat loud noise when it is on. Hoping that this can either be fixed or replaced because I really love this
