Trailwinder50: Best investment for lawn care

I have used gas powered trimmers in past years only to be frustrated with cranking and repeated cranking of the pull rope and mixing gas and adding stabilizer. Always a pain. Past few years I moved to battery powered timers. I have used many different brand names with a power source from 18 volts to a costly 62 volt trimmer. The latter was very heavy and not balanced very good. Which made it difficult to to maneuver around obstacles. The Greenworks 40v is by far the best so far. Light weight and very easy to maneuver. The batter life exceeds my expectations. I had fully charged battery when I recently purchased my Greenworks chain saw and used. I thought I would try it out on the trimmer just to test how long the battery would go. Well I finished my trimming which took about 30 minutes and still gad two indicator light on. The power of the unit easily cut any grass, weeds, small woody stuff, and oh yes flowers . It definitely will mow through most Stuff . Only drawback is it really flails the cut particles all over so best wear old jeans and safety glasses. I m thinking seriously of giving my year old 62v trimmer away. I know I won t be using it or it s compatible chain saw much at all. I would highly recommend Greenworks.
