John Stefan SINCLAIR: It sucks. Oh wait

Died after three months light duty. Burning smell from motor, then erratic motor rpm, then dead. Contacted ProConnect the Amazon reseller , but they wouldn t honor the Craftsman 1 year warranty. Craftsman said they wouldn t help because Amazon is not a authorized reseller. So I m stuck with a 90 dead vacuum cleaner and no option to get another motor repair, or a refund. It sucks. Oh wait, it doesn t. But when it did, I was quite pleased with the results.
