Saw brokeI bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift. He loved it but was using the saw and it froze. He wasn t cutting a big thick piece of wood either, just a thin piece of plywood. I did contact customer service and they made it right and sent out another saw. So he was happy with the results. Can t complain when customer service actually did take care of the problem.
